Limitations, Terms & Conditions
Home Pro VIP member benefits are offered by My Hometown Service Pros, LLC (“MHSP”) a Florida Limited Liability Company & Certified Residential Contractor #CRC1333653 who’s registered address is 7901 4th St N, Ste 300, St Petersburg, FL 33702.
MEMBERSHIP BENEFITS:
Customer or Member benefits are exclusive to and solely for the benefit of the property owner of record of a single-family residential property within the Coverage Area eligible for membership. MHSP reserves the right to deny member benefits to any party that is not an owner of record including renters, lease(s), guests, family members and/or others at the sole discretion of MHSP. No other benefits, express and/or implied, are provided except as described herein.
PRIORITY STORM RESPONSE:
In the event of a government declared natural disaster or emergency, MHSP may provide services prior to, during and/or after such event in MHSP’s normal course of business. Typically, such services are provided by MHSP to the general public on a “first come, first served” basis. Customers or Members who purchase and are paid in full for their annual coverage period for a Home Pro VIP Membership, and contact MHSP requesting storm preparedness or post storm mitigation service(s), will be advanced to the highest position (VIP) on any wait or other list of customers seeking similar services but no higher than the lowest ranked Home Pro VIP Member eligible for Priority Storm Response services on the VIP list whose request was received prior to the Customer or Member making their request. Any service(s) provided under this provision is subject to MHSP’s availability of labor, materials, resources and equipment. MHSP will notify Customer in the event MHSP is unable to provide requested services in order for Customer to seek alternative means of obtaining such services. Priority Storm Response may be limited by governmental restrictions and/or other factors before, during or after a declared natural disaster or emergency outside MHSP’s control. Priority Storm Response is solely for the benefit of Customer or Member receiving an expedited response from MHSP to Customer’s service requests during a government declared natural disaster or emergency. Home Pro VIP - Priority Storm Response does not constitute emergency services or any other guarantees or response or service.
CONSTRUCTION AND/OR OTHER RELATED SERVICES:
Membership fees do not cover the cost of any actual service(s) provided. The cost for labor, materials, parts and/or other charges required to complete a Customer or Member’s service request will be communicated to Customer or Member in writing to be executed under a separate agreement subject to MHSP’s standard terms & conditions for similar services. Services may be provided by entities referred to Customer or Member not controlled or otherwise affiliated with MHSP.
INDEMNIFICATION:
Customer or Member agrees to and shall indemnify, defend and hold harmless MHSP, its officers, members, managers, employees, owners, (sub) contractors and/or Affiliates from and against any and all claims, losses, damages, causes of action, suits and liability of every kind, including but not limited to all expenses of litigations, courts costs and attorney fees (collectively referred to as “Damages”) suffered or incurred by Customer, its Affiliates or any other person resulting or arising out of or in connection with Customer or Members participation in the Home Pro VIP program.
GENERAL:
Membership is generally non-transferable and membership fees are non-refundable. MHSP may at its sole discretion transfer any remaining term of a Customer or Member’s Home Pro VIP membership one (1) time from the original member to a new owner of record for the listed property on the reverse of this certificate. A processing fee of $50 is due upon submitting Member’s request to transfer.
